Sichuan Yaxi Rubber & Plastic Machine Co., Ltd. (formerly Sichuan Yaxi Machine Factory) was founded in 1942. We were nationalized in 1952 and directly affiliated to Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Machine-Building Industry as a state-owned enterprise (Class II). Sichuan Yaxi Machine Factory was then a large professional manufacturer of rubber & plastic machinery in Southwest and Northwest China, appointed by the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry.In 2002, the national ownership of Sichuan Yaxi Machine Factory was transformed into a private one and the factory was renamed as present Sichuan Yaxi Rubber & Plastic Machine Co., Ltd. Our company is a director unit of China Rubber Industry Association and a vice president unit of the Branch Association of Comprehensive Utilization of Scrap Rubber. We have 820 workers, including 105 middle/high-ranked technicians and administrators, and 17 experts awarded by the Ministry and the Bureau due to their outstanding contributions, of whom 3 experts enjoy monthly special subsidy granted by the State Council. Our registered capital is about 50 million Yuan, while the net asset is 248 million Yuan. Our occupation of land area is about 120,000sqm, including 83,000sqm of the workshop area. Our company possesses more than 800 processing equipments for casting, forging, pressing, machining, heat-treating and assembling, as well as a CAD Technical Center and a Measuring & Checking Center. We have been grown up as a private enterprise of an all-round machinery manufacturer specialized in making rubber & plastic machines, chiefly internal mixers, two-roll mills, four-roll calendars, cellophane machines and complete plants for reclaimed rubber/powder production lines. Since 1966 when Yaxi started manufacturing rubber & plastic machines, our YAXI-branded machines have been awarded as "the Best Quality Prize" and "Science & Technology Development Prize" by the ministry, the provincial government and the state government for many times.
